Global Engineering & Technology, Inc. (GET) is a minority-owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) certified under the US Small Businesses Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) (Case Number 301281) and HUBZoned programs. GET was founded on September 16, 1999. GET is a consulting firm providing Federal, State, local and private sector companies  advice and assistance in streamlining and improving management and organizational processes; performing independent and/or integrated policy and procedure analyses; training and implementing recommended management and organizational improvements and/or programs; and developing best management practices in addressing management challenges.

Anthony Maruri - President/CEO
GET’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is Mr. Anthony Maruri, who has over 12 years of business management experience, with emphasis on business development, administrative support services, contracting support services and project management. Mr. Maruri has managed large project teams in the past, is responsible for conducting the recruitment, hiring, and managing of these personnel.

Joe W. Easton - Chief Operations Officer
GET's Chief Operations Officer (COO) is Mr. Joe W. Easton, who has over 30 years of Federal Government/ccontract experience. Mr. Easton's career began as a Senior Executive for several Federal Cabinet Members and Senior Officials/Diplomats, which led him to becoming a very successful Federal Contractor, securing over $100 million in Federal contracts. He brings a broad range of experience in Program Management, Human Resources, Contract Management, Business Development, Security and Quality Control. Mr. Easton has been recognized for exceptional levels of performance in strategic planning, and is especially adept at setting up new senior level organizations and businesses that function with unparalleled ease from the point of inception.
