Global Engineering & Technology, Inc. provides a wide range of support services through the Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC). As part of NNSA's commitment to be a responsible steward of tax dollars, the NNSA created the SCMC in 2006 and selected Honeywell, operator of the Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC), as the lead contractor for managing the initiative. The SCMC is a strategic supply chain program dedicated to simplifying the buying process to enable savings for Department of Energy Environmental Management and National Nuclear Security Administration prime contractors.

Individual orders will not use multiple contract arrangements.  However, Contractor ordering officials may award their own Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) leveraged against this instrument that will allow for placement of orders for specific work requirements at their site. RFQs clearly state the type of business arrangement contemplated for the proposed transactions.  Only Sellers possessing a current valid Facility Clearance will be eligible for orders if required to perform the proposed requirement.  In addition, the RFQ for a proposed transaction may include:
